From 10 – 12th December, Kata Rocks in Phuket, Southeast Asia’s leading luxury location and superyacht hotspot, will be playing host to the yachting elite at the inaugural Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR). The event will bring superyacht owners, Kata Rock Villa owners, industry partners and luxury lifestyle media together for three days of entertainment and networking in a relaxed social environment. The event will welcome over a dozen elite superyachts measuring from 24 to 90 metres, including the impressive 90m mega yacht Lauren L – the 33rd largest superyacht in the world – and Paraffin, the majestic 60m Feadship; representing the most stunning spectacle of superyachts ever assembled in Phuket. The impressive 51 metre Phinisi-style sailing yacht, Dunia Baru, will play host to the Opening Party and showcase Kata Rock’s exquisite cuisine and impeccable hospitality. The Surin Phuket will be hosting the KRSR private gourmet beach barbeque on day two and for the first time ever the KRSR armada of superyachts will be on parade along Phuket’s west coast. Located north of the Surin beach headland, this hidden gem features a private bay, clear turquoise waters and a pristine white sand beach offering an exclusive afternoon outing for KRSR participants.
